High Reliable NTC Thermistor for EV Drive Motors

The primary source of power for EV mainly comes from battery packs, drive motors and power electronic equipment. The battery provides power to the drive motor, and the current passes through the stator winding to drive the rotor to rotate, generating the mechanical energy for operation.

The NTC thermistor for EV drive motors is highly waterproof and oil-proof, which can detect the internal temperature of the motor and ensure the motor can operate normally under various conditions. By detecting the real time temperature changes, NTC thermistor will trigger a protection mechanism when the temperature is higher than setting limit, and it will safe guard the motor from overheating or malfunction.
