High Reliable Double-sided Ag+Au Termination NTC Chip

Today, EXSENSE Electronics introduce a newly developed NTC chip, characterized by the upper and lower metal electrode layers are gold termination and silver termination. Compared to most NTC chips on the market, this chip has the following advantages:
1.High Cost-effective.Compared with the traditional double-sided gold termination NTC chip, this NTC chip with one-sided gold termination and one-side silver termination is more cost-effective, effectively reducing cost of production and increasing chip production efficiency.
2.Effect of bonding is better.The side of gold termination of the NTC chip can be used for gold wire bonding (pure gold wire or alloy wire), which has characteristics of high sensitivity and great stability; And the side of silver termination of the NTC chip can be used for silver paste soldering, which has characteristics of great reliability and fast response
3.Co-firing integration.Improve the finished rate and quality of chips, and better shorten the production cycle and reduce costs.
NTC chip in the storage and transportation process, the height of stocks products can not overbalanced four shipping packages. The chip must be vacuumed and stored in anti-oxidation packaging. The optimum indoor temperature for chip storage is -10℃ to 40℃, and the relative humidity is 55% RH. The storage environment of the chip must be free of acidic, alkaline substances and corrosive gases or radiation sources, and avoid storage in light environments. In the transport process, NTC chips should avoid contamination, direct or indirect strike of rain, snow, and mechanical damage.
Double-sided Ag+Au termination NTC chip, which operating temperature range is -40℃ to 125℃, its ability of heat cycle is good, its accuracy is high(resistance accuracy can reach to 0.1%, 0.3%, 1%), and its size is small(size can reach to 0.3*0.3mm), different sizes and parameters can be customized according to customer requirements.
