Charger Heat Dissipation Cabinet and NTC Temperature Sensor

The heat dissipation cabinet is composed of the body and the heat dissipation device group. the bottom outer end of the heat dissipation cabinet body of the charger is connected with a fixed foot through a screw, and the bottom of the fixed foot is bonded with a rubber pad. There are heat dissipation devices on both sides of the heat dissipation cabinet body of the charger. A fixed seat is fixed, the inside of the fixed seat is engaged with a heat dissipation baffle through a movable shaft, and a sealing gasket is adhered to the bottom of the fixed seat. The internal temperature is intelligently and automatically controlled to open and close the heat dissipation baffle for ventilation and heat dissipation, so as to meet the heat dissipation requirements of the heat dissipation cabinet for the charger. The rear end of the motor heat dissipation cabinet body is provided with an access panel, a cooling grid frame is distributed inside the access panel, and a brushless motor is arranged in the middle of the heat dissipation grid frame.

 
The heat dissipation cabinet of the charger is electrically connected to the NTC temperature sensor at the bottom of the control device, which monitors the internal temperature in real time, and can adjust the opening and closing of the thermal baffle according to the real-time temperature. The NTC temperature sensor plays an important role in the heat dissipation cabinet of the charger.


The heat dissipation cabinet used for the charger is to use epoxy NTC thermistor or O-ring type NTC temperature sensor.


1.Epoxy NTC thermistor is encapsulated by epoxy resin, small size, the minimum diameter is 2.0mm, fast response, high sensitivity, stable performance, high reliability, good heat resistance cycle, operating temperature range is -40-150℃, which can be applied to new energy vehicles, BMS systems and charger thermal cabinets, etc.

 
2. The O-ring type NTC temperature sensor is made by welding the highly sensitive and highly reliable NTC thermistor chip and the wire, and encapsulates it into the required shape with insulating, thermally conductive and waterproof materials, which is convenient for temperature measurement and control. It can be packaged according to the installation conditions of use, and customized products are accepted.
