Copiers are office equipment for obtaining equal, enlarged or reduced copies from manuscripts written, drawn or printed.As one of the main components of the copier, the fixing assembly is an unremovable part of the copier.And fixing temperature control by increasing the sensitivity of the temperature sensors feedback to continuously improve the stability of the fixing temperature control.The fixing assembly typically employ NTC temperature sensor to monitor the temperature. The temperature of the fixing roller surface is sensed by the contact between the thermistor on the surface of the NTC temperature sensor and the fixing roller,and after the temperature reaches the required working state, feedback information to the main circuit control board, so that the main circuit control board sends the next command to the fixing assembly.

When the copier starts copying, printing, etc., the surface temperature of the heat roller will rise to the required fixing temperature, so that it can dissolve the toner so that it can penetrate the paper, and then the surface temperature of the heat roller drops to the maintenance temperature and passes through the surface of the heat roller. The mutual squeezing of the surface of the pressure roller ensures that the toner is completely penetrated into the paper.
