Instant Water Dispenser with NTC Temperature Sensor
The heating system of the instant water dispenser is composed of a self-priming pump, an instant heating pipe, a water outlet electric control switch, a controller and a power module, and the water inlet of the self-priming pump is used to connect with an external water source. The water inlet and outlet of the instant heating tube are respectively equipped with a water inlet temperature sensor and a water outlet temperature sensor. When the water of the instant heating tube starts to heat, when the water flows through the water inlet and outlet of the instant heating tube, the water inlet temperature sensor and the water inlet and outlet of the instant heating tube are respectively installed. The outlet water temperature sensor detects the inlet water temperature and outlet water temperature of the instant heating respectively and feeds back the detection results to the controller. The temperature is controlled at a certain temperature value, so as to meet the needs of different tea products for water temperature, water pressure and water flow.
Among them, the water inlet temperature sensor and the water outlet temperature sensor of the instant water dispenser heating system are both NTC temperature sensors, which have a very large negative temperature coefficient. Under measuring power, the resistance value drops rapidly as the temperature rises. Using this feature, the NTC thermistor can be used to determine the corresponding temperature by measuring its resistance value, so as to achieve the purpose of detecting and controlling the temperature.
The waterproof and moisture-proof temperature sensor is suitable for detecting the temperature of the instant water inlet and outlet. The sensor has good waterproof and moisture-proof performance, stable resistance value without instability or sudden change, and has high mechanical strength. The thermistor in the sensor is encapsulated with a first encapsulation layer, which encapsulates the thermistor and the connection between the thermistor and the electronic wire; a potting layer is encapsulated between the outer casing and the thermistor; the electronic wire is exposed to the The end of the casing is encapsulated with a second encapsulation layer, and the electronic wire core is exposed. It is encapsulated with a second encapsulation layer at the tail to prevent moisture from entering the temperature sensor from the tail and prevent moisture from entering the NTC temperature sensor.
