Multifunctional NTC Thermistor for Smart Toilet

3.1Heated seat:

Toilet seat heating includes seat upper mold, seat lower mold and heating assembly. NTC thermistor is used to detectthe temperature change of heating film. At the same time, by real-time monitoring of seat temperature and adjusting the temperature difference according to the ambient temperature, it can ensure that the seat temperature is constant within the set comfortable temperature range. Having a heated seat can help loosen tense muscles for those who may have trouble relaxing on the toilet.

3.2Warm water flushing:

Smart toilets are generally equipped with nozzles for butt cleaning.The human body‘s comfortable acceptance of water temperature is 37-40℃, but daily cold water is 20~30℃.For better user experience, smart toilets need to keep the water temperature constant to the human comfort temperature. The toilet water heater has a built-in heating element. The NTC thermistor detects the water flow temperature in real time, and feeds back the temperature data to the heating system to set the water temperature within the comfort range. It will not be overheated or overcooled, and can provide users with a comfortable flushing experience.

3.3Warm air drying:

The warm air drying duct has a built-in heating wire, and the NTC thermistormainly monitors the ambient temperature of the air outlet and adjusts the heating control system in real time. Ensuring that the warm air temperature is moderate can not only dry quickly, but also maintain a constant temperature in real time without causing discomfort to the user.
