NTC Temperature Sensor for Lithium Battery Air-Cooled Energy Storage System

The lithium battery air-cooled energy storage system includes an energy storage cabinet, multiple lithium battery modules, multiple cooling fans and multiple air ducts. Multiple lithium battery modules are fixed in the energy storage cabinet. Multiple cooling fans are correspondingly installed at one end of the lithium battery modules. Multiple lithium battery modules are installed in the energy storage cabinet row by row, and a row of lithium battery modules is installed at one end of each air duct, so each row of lithium battery modules produces heat and transmits it to the energy storage through the air duct. It is transported outside the cabinet to cool the lithium battery module. The heat of the energy storage cabinet is influenced by some factors, such as the ambient temperature and the temperature crosstalk between multiple air ducts, which can lead to unbalanced heat dissipation and reduce the heat dissipation efficiency of the entire lithium battery air-cooled energy storage system. Therefore, it is necessary to install built-in NTC temperature sensors at multiple air duct openings of the energy storage system to monitor the temperature.

  

With the built-in NTC temperature sensor at the air duct outlet, when the lithium battery air-cooled energy storage system is running, the energy storage system can obtain the heat output value of each air duct outlet and store it in the address library of the air duct outlet sensor. The fan of the lithium battery air-cooled energy storage system is controlled to adjust the heat dissipation balance of the lithium battery air-cooled energy storage system, and realize the unified temperature regulation of the multiple lithium battery modules corresponding to each air duct through the air duct temperature. The overall cooling effect of the energy storage system is balanced.

 

The NTC temperature sensor for the energy storage system is a high-precision glass-encapsulated thermistor potted into a a stainless steel ring lug, connected with high thermal conductivity wires, and assembled. It is with double-layer sealing technology, which has good insulation and sealing performance, anti-mechanical collision, anti-bending ability, good stability, high reliability, high precision of resistance value and Beta value, good consistency and interchangeability, fast induction speed and high sensitivity.
