The use of metal substrate to install the thermistor can further improve the efficiency of thermal conductivity, and the use of simple operation, convenient and practical; special structure makes the product easy to install and maintenance. The following is the preparation method of the tight-fitting temperature sensor. 

(1) Prepare 1.3mm flat head axial NTC glass sealed thermistor.

(2)Cut the polyimide into suitable length and width size, the number of 2 pieces, put the NTC glass seal thermistor in the middle of two pieces of cut polyimide film, paste the synthesis, and make the NTC glass seal thermistor pins exposed 3mm.

(3) Paste a piece of high temperature resistant silicone sponge between the NTC glass sealed thermistor and the metal substrate, and weld it together with the metal substrate using capacitive high temperature welding process.

(4) Snap the welded metal substrate and the switch device base together to complete the assembly.
