Photovoltaic combiner box and NTC temperature sensor

Photovoltaic power generation is developing rapidly, and the photovoltaic combiner box is a device that connects photovoltaic cells in series. It has been widely used in practical systems. After converging and then inverting, photovoltaic power generation can be directly input into the AC grid or utilized by the load. The photovoltaic combiner box includes a fuse, a lightning arrester connected to the DC bus to prevent lightning impact, a DC circuit breaker, a detection module connected in series with photovoltaic cells to collect current and voltage values, a data acquisition module to collect operating status information of the photovoltaic combiner box, and a measuringNTC temperature sensor for the temperature inside the photovoltaic combiner box, a main controller for processing the operating status information of the photovoltaic combiner box and its internal temperature information, a DC/DC conversion device connected in series with photovoltaic cells, and a DC/DC conversion device connected to the A PWM control module at the input end, and a current sampling circuit connected with the load input end to collect the current value.

 

The NTC temperature sensor for the photovoltaic combiner box is to collect operating status information and internal temperature information and send the data to the host computer to detect the operating status of the photovoltaic combiner box.

 

The NTC temperature sensor for the photovoltaic combiner box is a high-precision glass-encapsulated thermistor potted in a metal ring lug, connected with a high-thermal-conductivity wire to build a high-temperature-resistant and high-waterproof NTC temperature sensor. It has high precision, high sensitivity, high reliability, and adopts double-layer sealing technology, which has the characteristics of good insulation and sealing, anti-mechanical collision, anti-bending ability, and good stability.
