Talking about high precision and high sensitivity NTC temperature sensor

Due to the sensitivity requirements of detecting temperature, higher and higher requirements are placed on the response speed of NTC temperature sensors, and the thermal time constant of NTC temperature sensors is required to be as small as possible. Therefore, Exsense provides a high-precision and high-sensitivity NTC temperature sensor. The temperature sensor has the advantages of high sensitivity and high temperature measurement accuracy.


The following is the preparation method of high-precision and high-sensitivity NTC temperature sensor:


(1) The lead wire 2 and the thermistor 1 are well connected by using high conductive paste.

 

(2) Under high temperature conditions, a spherical encapsulation glass is wrapped around the thermistor 1 to realize encapsulation 


(3) As shown in FIG. 5 , the spherical encapsulating glass is placed upside down on the substrate 4 with a flat surface, and heated and melted under high temperature conditions so that the contact portion between the encapsulating glass and the substrate 4 is formed into a plane 30, and the surface is removed from the substrate 4. Take it out to obtain a package glass head 3 whose front end is a plane 30 perpendicular to the axial direction of the lead 2 .


(4) The prepared temperature sensor is cleaned and used after testing its electrical properties.


The front end of the temperature sensor is designed as a flat encapsulated glass head, which can use the plane to directly contact the surface of the object to be measured without adding a substrate, and the thermistor is closer to the surface of the object to be measured, so it can better follow the temperature change of the object to be measured. Alternatively, a close-contact substrate can be arranged on the front plane of the package glass head, thereby effectively increasing the heat transfer efficiency, enabling the temperature sensor to detect the temperature more accurately and improving the accuracy.
